How do the programs run?

Both The Balanced Body Path and The Balanced Mind Path run at the same time. You simply choose the path that meets your needs right now.

If you join the Complete Holistic Wellness Journey, you’ll complete both programs — one after the other — with a one‑week break in between.

How do I know which path to start with?

Take the Start Here Quiz on this page. It will help you identify whether your body or your mind needs support first.

If both feel equally out of balance, the quiz will guide you toward the Complete Holistic Wellness Journey.

What happens if I choose the full 14‑week journey?

You’ll begin with the path that fits your current needs (Body or Mind). After you complete your first 7‑week journey, you’ll take a one‑week integration break, then switch to the other path for the second half of your transformation.

This gives you The Complete Holistic Wellness Journey.

What if I want both programs but can’t commit to 14 weeks right now?

You can start with one path now and join the second path in a future round.

You won’t receive the bundle discount unless you enroll in the full 14‑week journey, but you can absolutely take them separately.

What if I’m not sure I can stay consistent?

That’s exactly why this program exists.

What if I can’t attend the private check‑in one week?

You can reschedule within the same week, or submit your check‑in via email or direct message and receive a personalized response.

How much time do I need each week?
